The Wiggly Chair is a sensory-friendly hair studio for kids and adults who do better with more time, less pressure, and a flexible approach. Breaks, movement, quieter tools, flexible seating, and individualized support are always welcome. Our goal is to make haircuts feel safe, respectful, and positive. One visit at a time.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please provide at least **24 hours’ notice** when canceling or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged **50% of the scheduled service price**. No-shows may be charged **100% of the scheduled service price**. If you arrive more than **10 minutes late**, we may need to shorten or modify the service or reschedule your appointment. If you or your child are sick or experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness, please contact us before your appointment. **Illness-related cancellation fees will be waived when notice is given before the scheduled appointment time.** If a client becomes overwhelmed or needs to stop during the appointment, there is **no penalty for needing to take a break or end the service early**. We will always prioritize comfort, trust, and a positive experience. By booking an appointment with The Wiggly Chair, you agree to these policies.
